A Year Down Yonder(130 pages) a great book by Richard Peck is about a girl that has to go to a town because of the depression.  When she has to live with her grandma for a summer, her grandma gets her out and brings her into things that she wouldnt/couldnt have done herself, but after a while she finds that she likes the town better then Chicago...

The Rise of The Evening Star

 The Rise of The Evening Star,(427 pages) is a great book by Brandon Mull.  It is about when Kendra and Seth go into an adventure that includes being chased by a demon, having to cope with betrayals, and the slaying of a cat with 9 lives.

I thought camp was very fun. Especially the archery. What ruined my week was that I got a cold.  I thought the food was very good, the counselers were very nice, and I enjoyed skit night.

I made the maps of the wood between the worlds and the map of narnia.

point blanc

Point Blanc, an amazing 304 page book by Anthony Horowitz is about a common city boy/MI6 agent, Alex Rider, is at Point Blanc, the academy that no one has ever got through.  Alex almost dies when Point Blancs leader volunteers him for a little biology project...

Romeo and Juliet

"Romeo and Juliet" is a great 203 page play by Shakespeare.  It is about two lovers that commit suicide when they think the other one is dead.

Hamlet

Hamlet is an awesome 207 page play by Shakespeare. It is about a boy named Hamlet seeks revenge directed at  his uncle that killed Hamlets father, the king. It ends when Hamlet, his uncle, Laertes, and his mother lie dead because Hamlets mother died from a poisened cup, his uncle dies from poison, hamlet dies from a poisened sword, and Laertes, the boy Hamlet was dueling dies from his one poisened sword.

The Supernaturalist

The Supernaturalist,272 pages by Eoin Colfer is a great read. in it Young Cosmo Hill goes on a mind thrilling adventure chasing parasites all over a supercity when he finds out everything he had been doing was wrong...

 
 
  The book, Shadow Project, by Herbie Brennan (New York times author) is 355 pages and great!  In it Danny, a comon kid is caught in a CIA-MI6 handful and might even go as far as pulling himself out of his own body...

  In the story The Siege of Macindaw (330 pages) Will has to take over a castle that a traitor took over.  He pays a bunch of vikings to help him try to take it over again.  Meanwhile a lady from the kingdom is being held ransom with the traitor.  Nobody came in time so the traitor (who likes her) gave her a choice, mary him, die, or go into slavery.  Before she made her decision Will came in with his vikings and saved the day.

  I chose this song, I never wanted to be a star by Cat Stevens, because it says that your not the most important thing in life.  It also says that you should help others.

This is a picture of the book I am reading, The Siege of Macindaw.

  This weekend I went to San Diego.  On Saturday we just sat in our hotel room, swam, and looked around at Gaslamp Quarter.  On Sunday we went to Sea World.  There I got my portrait done in cartoon,  got to see lots of animals perform, and go on some rides.  Today I just got back from San Diego.  Just in case Caden is reading this,  the giants are two games behind the phillies for the wild card and one game behind the padres for their division.

I am at tech lab

I am at tech lab and I can not wait to get home because I want to read my book The Rangers Apprentice.

I will now talk about baseball. I think Buster Posy's average is around .320. He is in second place for the giants batting averages. the person in firsts average is around .360 but the giants just got him from the rangers and his average for the rangers is about .260 so he probably will get a lot worse. Tim Lincecum just got his first win yesterday in a long time. yesterday the giants won 2-1. Tim lincecum is doing very bad for the giants. hopefully he does better next year. pablo sandoval and freddy sanchez are shoing sighns of improvement.  thats all for now. by
